At Foothills Childcare and Pre-School, we keep up with our curriculum and are constantly updating it and making adjustments to ensure that your child is always learning and developing.

Our infant classroom provides nurturing support to your baby while you are away. We rock, sing, and love your child to help them feel confident and secure.

Our Infant Program - 6 Weeks to 18 Months

Infants cannot take care of themselves. They depend on their caregivers for most of their needs. Besides the obvious needs of being fed and changed, babies need stimulation, security and love to help sculpt them and develop their personalities.

This time in your baby’s life is a special moment for you as a parent, your baby, and all the staff members here at Foothills Childcare and Pre-School. We want you to rest assured knowing that when your baby is in our care, he or she will be sung to, rocked, and played with.

From stories and tummy time to first steps and meal times, your child will be nurtured and loved.Our teachers are here for your little one. Great consideration is given when choosing a teacher's position here at Foothills. This ensures that the environment is a positive one. It can make a big difference when it comes to quality of care.

Age Appropriate Curriculum

When your child is here, we will help them develop their gross motor and sensory skills. We will teach them and engage them through puppets, music, books, colors, and games. Each one of these components has been worked into the curriculum and is geared towards each developmental level.

You will receive a daily report that details your child's diaper changes, nap time, food consumed, and any other important information.
